Should I submit resources that I know about, but which I think are unhelpful?

Can I suggest resources that have been produced or sponsored by commercial for-profit companies such as pharmaceutical companies?
Yes, provided these resources are free and do not promote a particular product but rather help people understand about health research more generally.

Can I suggest a book?
Yes, provided the text is freely available as a pdf or in html format. Books that are only available in shops are not suitable for this website.

Can I suggest mobile applications (e.g. iPhone or Android apps)?
Yes, provided these can be downloaded free of charge by the user.

Can I suggest resources that have not been evaluated?
Yes, provided you have tried the resource and believe it to be valuable. Although we are seeking to encourage the evaluation of resources, we recognise that there will be useful tools that have not been formally evaluated. The fact that you have found them useful is a first step to their wider evaluation.
